XllenTech Solutions offers flexible work environment. We do not receive client visits at office. You will work at a secure access office most of the time, client site visits maybe required rarely. You will have flexibility to work remotely, if needed occasionally.

Responsibilities for Help Desk Analyst cum Receptionist

  • Take new Sales phone calls, respond to emails
  • Respond to existing customer issues via phone, email
  • Provide customer assistance
  • Document customer interactions
  • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner. Open, Update, Invoice, Complete tickets as required
  • Coordinate with other Field Technicians to schedule and monitor client site visits
  • Run basic diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
  • Escalate issues to the next Tier for next level of difficulty
  • Install, make changes and repair software issues remotely
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Perform basic accounting
  • Maintain inventory as required

Qualifications for Help Desk Analyst

  • Experience working in a help desk environment is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice
  • Available to work in a responsible manner
  • Proficiency with a PC, PoS Hardware, Networking is a plus
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
