Jaffery Optical owner Jeff has been looking for a phone system that offers flexibility and improve staff communication with cost reduction.
Jeff knew modern VoIP PBX Phone System offers more features and yet save on cost. He wanted to connect all his brick and mortar shops in many cities of Alberta with one system and allow them to connect to other locations easily. At XllenTech, we have been working with VoIP Phone System for over 5 years. During our an hour long meeting, we discussed various features the VoIP PBX Phone system will add by upgrading their conventional phone system. Importantly, we explained him how he can save on cost while improving his staff internal communication.
We discussed benefits of and how future-proof 3CX PBX Phone system is and also compared it to other systems like Telus Business Connect and Shaw Smartvoice.
We also elaborated on how fax-to-email can help Jaffery Optical get rid of the conventional fax machines, save space in store, and make send and receive fax so much easier for staff.
XllenTech Solutions was very happy that Jeff made the right decision to go with 3CX PBX System. We installed new phones and migrated all Jaffery Optical stores’ existing phone and fax numbers to our VoIP provider without downtime. We also trained staff on new phones, how to send receive faxes using new fax-to-email service.
We setup Jeff account on the PBX System to allow him access to call logs of all the stores. All stores were set to auto record calls to ensure customer service quality. He could also see the LIVE status of all store phones, how quickly calls are picked up. He also wanted the feature to be able to listen or jump to live calls to ensure the service quality of Jaffery optical’s high standard.
